- We supply AGM and EFB batteries with warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years.
- The warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover flat (discharged) batteries or damage resulting from misuse.
- Faulty batteries will be replaced within 48 working hours. Collection of the old battery is free of charge.
- Our technical team will diagnose faults over the phone to confirm warranty claims.
3. Orders & Payment
- All orders must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
- We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery times apply, with an expedited next-working-day delivery option available.
- Milton Direct Limited offers free next-day delivery on all AGM and EFB batteries.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
6. Liability
- Milton Direct Limited is not liable for any damage or loss caused by improper use of batteries.
- We do not accept responsibility for any consequential damages arising from product failure.
